ig headline's were made when it was revealed that Avengers director Joss Whedon was coming to DC Films to help build the DC Extended Universe franchise. First, we learned that Whedon will be directing his own Batgirl movie; then, following a tragic turn in director Zack Snyder's family, it was announced that Whedon would step in to help lead the final reshoots for Justice League.Given the unusual pathway that Whedon has taken from the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the DC Extended Universe, there's understandably been question of just how much influence he will have on the DCEU. Now one of the main shepherds of the DCEU is letting fans know that Joss Whedon is already a major player in the DCEU creative team.
