Actress Carrie Fisher had a cocktail of drugs including cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy in her system when she died.
Fisher suffered a fatal mid-air heart attack while on a trans-Atlantic flight around Christmas 2016.
According to the toxicology report, there were quantities of alcohol and opiates in her system.
The report suggests "exposure to heroin, but that the dose and time of exposure cannot be pinpointed."
Tests revealed the cocaine would have been taken within the previous three days.
The coroner's report gave the cause of death as sleep apnoea, which is a breathing disorder.
