In recent news, Carrie Fisher's autopsy report reportedly shows that the legendary "Star Wars" actress had cocaine in her system when she fell ill on a plane last year. Though investigators were unable to determine the impact of the drugs found in Fisher's system had on her death, the report states that the cocaine had been ingested three days before her final flight. The report also found traces of heroin and MDMA, also known as ecstasy, but investigators could not determine when Fisher had taken those drugs.
