Nicole Kidman sat down at the Hollywood Reporter's Drama Actress Roundtable to discuss her character in 'Big Little Lies.' Kidman touched on her motivation for the character's abusive relationship saying, "The desire for him to realize how much I love him, which is to me, an interesting motivation." Kidman shared that she "was allowed to bring some things to it," adding that her director, Jean-Marc Vallee, is "just the sort of director that just shoots the rehearsal, shoots everything, keeps going, and walks away."
