Adele wore her heart on her sleeve Wednesday night when she visited the ashy remains of Grenfell Tower. The 24-story London apartment building burned to the ground killing at least 12 people and injuring 74. The Grammy-winning ?Hello? singer, who hails from the nearby district of Tottenham, was spotted with her husband Simon Konecki in the Notting Hill neighborhood struck by tragedy at around 1 a.m. when flames engulfed the building.
