Ryan Lochte is one excited new dad! The Olympic gold medalist and his fiancée, Kayla Rae Reid, took to Instagram on Wednesday to introduce their adorable baby boy, Caiden Zane, to the world. Lochte posted a sweet black-and-white snapshot showing the happy couple laying in bed with their newborn son, whom they welcomed last Thursday. "Now this is what it's all about..... family!!!!!!!" the 32-year-old swimmer and former Dancing With the Stars contestant captioned the heartwarming pic.
