American Grit is coming back tougher than ever.
Season 1 had it rough with some TV ratings trials and the in game challenges ? but this summer?s run is more about the mental game than the physical one.
Host John Cena said ?We asked people to be open with their problems, open with their personal lives and then be brave enough to do these series of challenges we put forward. I think it?s a much better format. I?m really, really happy with it because I think the viewer at home will be able to gauge the advancement or the setbacks that everyone else goes through.?
