According to his concert promotor, British pop singer Phil Collins had to cancel two London concerts later this week after falling in his hotel room. The 66 year-old singer slipped Wednesday night and hit his head, receiving a "severe gash" close to his eye that required stitches. His promotor said that Collins is recovering well but would need to be kept in the hospital for observation. Two concerts at London's Royal Albert Hall, announced last October and scheduled to take place later this week, have been rescheduled for Nov. 26 and 27.
