In a new interview with Yahoo! Movies, actor David Harbour reveals that his role in the Netflix smash hit series 'Stranger Things' is the reason why he was cast as Hellboy for the upcoming reboot. Harbour explained, "My character in 'Stranger Things' is very complicated and has a lot of levels. And he is heroic, but he?s messed up, and I think they want this for this Hellboy as well." The actor went on to say, "Hellboy is kind of a neurotic, messed-up individual who?s destined for a horrible fate. Whenever he shows up and does the right thing, people throw beers at him and show up with pitchforks and he still manages to do the right thing."
