Singer Ariana Grande showed how much she loves her fans. Following the tragic events that occurred at Grande's Manchester concert on May 22, the singer is hosting a tribute event, One Love Manchester, that is taking place on June 4, and all of the money raised will support those affected by the attack, and the victims' families. As well as organizing the star-studded event, Grande posted the perfect Instagram on Friday, following a hospital visit with one of her fans.
