The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences informed its members of who made the final ballot for its Board of Governors. Geena Davis, Whoopi Goldberg, Morgan Spurlock, Michael De Luca, Ed Catmull and John Ridley were some of the notable names. Notably, Netflix chief Ted Sarandos submitted his name for election in the Executives Branch, did not make the final four from his branch.
