Big things are expected from Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman movie, and the tracking for opening weekend box office continues to increase. Now the film has opened to $6.3 million in Asian markets, raising current tracking to $95 million for opening weekend stateside (via THR). If the film does hit that domestic $95 million number, it will be the largest domestic opening for a female director ever, and will hopefully pave the way for more female director led films. Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, Princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior.
