Well it looks like Scott Disick is living it up in Cannes, France. The reality television star traveled to Cannes Film Festival with actress Bella Thorne. However, it looks like he has moved onto a new lady: 19 year old british model: Ella Ross. Disick and Ross were spotted hanging out the day after he was spotted meeting up with his old fling, Chloe Bartoli, and just two days after his public makeout session with Thorne.
