VIDEO : Carrie Fisher Slapped Oscar Isaac 27 Times While Filming 'Last Jedi'

In a fun anecdote on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday, Oscar Isaac described one of his most memorable moments during filming for The Last Jedi. He described his admiration for the late Carrie Fisher and his gratefulness for the amount of time they spent filming together--many of Poe Dameron's scenes in the upcoming film seem to be with General Organa--even though one particular scene seemed...painful. The director had Isaac and Fisher do a scene where Fisher slaps Isaac multiple times, Isaac saying, "I think it ended up being 27 takes of Carrie just leaning in [and slapping]."
