Rosario Dawson is in talks to join a new X-Men spinoff called ?New Mutants,? a person close to the project told TheWrap. Dawson will play Dr. Cecilia Reyes. Her character in the spinoff acts as a mentor for the young adult ensemble cast that already includes ?Games of Thrones? star Maisie Williams and ?Split? star Anya Taylor-Joy. Dawson currently plays nurse Claire Temple on the Netflix Marvel shows ?Daredevil,? ?Luke Cage? and ?Iron Fist.?
