According to his family, Actor Sir Roger Moore has died at age 89. He is known for playing the famous spy James Bond in seven films including "Live and Let Die" and "A View to a Kill." Moore took the Bond character in a more humorous direction than his predecessor Sean Connery. His role was always suave, a smooth operator who could seemingly get easily himself out of a tricky situation. Moore died in Switzerland, and will have a private funeral in Monaco in accordance with his wishes.
