Gal Gadot's version of Wonder Woman hits the silver screen in just over two weeks. The character's first live-action solo film features one of the first times a woman has been a lead in a movie in the superhero genre. The film is directed by Patty Jenkins. Wonder Woman follows Diana of Themyscira throughout her superhero origins as an Amazon until she leaves the island to help stop World War I. Jenkins says Wonder Woman is one of a kind. She makes a case that the super hero is the greatest woman of all time. Jenkins said ?I think the coolest opportunity with Wonder Woman is that she is the archetypal ideal of the greatest woman of all time."
