Actress Lily Collins is Cannes, France right now for the Cannes Film Festival. She's attending the event to promote her latest movie, Okja. Collin's hair stylist, Jen Atkin, gave her a gorgeous look for the red carpet. She sleeked Collins' hair back into a pony tail with a thin, gold ribbon at the base. On her instagram account, Atkin shared a behind the scenes look at how she achieved the subtle, yet stunning look on Collins. She sewed the gold ribbon into her hair.
