According to director Jonathan Jakubowicz, actor Jesse Eisenberg has signed to play famous mime Marcel Marceau to an upcoming film on the French resistance during World War II. Jakubowicz, who will helm the movie, said Friday that Marceau's involvement in the resistance was one of the more interesting secrets of World War II. The filmmaker went on to praise Eisenberg's acting abilities and added that he is already working with the 'Social Network' star on his film, titled "Resistance." Jakubowicz concluded his statement Friday by confirming that shooting on the movie will begin in early 2018.
