On Thursday the Lifetime Network announced that Oscar-winner Catherine Zeta- Jones will portray real life drug kingpin Griselda Blanco in an upcoming movie titled ?Cocaine Godmother.? The movie, which will be directed by Academy Award winning-cinematographer Guillermo Navarro, is set to go into production later this year and will premiere sometime in 2018. Blanco, who was assassinated in Colombia in 2012, was most famous for utilizing the elderly and young children to smuggle cocaine into the US. She is also suspected of ordering over 200 murders.
