British comedians Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have formed their own production company, and their first movie will be the horror-comedy Slaughterhouse Rulez. Back in the ?90s, Simon Pegg co-created the British sitcom Spaced, which was directed by Edgar Wright and co-starred Pegg?s longtime friend, Nick Frost. The series was short-lived, but Pegg, Frost, and Wright would later go on to collaborate together on several projects, including three cult favorite movies that accidentally culminated into the Cornetto trilogy. Wright directed Pegg and Frost in three anthology, comedy movies since the early 2000s ? Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World?s End ? all of which were loosely connected by their inclusion of a Cornetto ice cream, hence the name Cornetto trilogy.
