Alan Thicke's older sons are gearing up for a court battle with the late actor's third wife, Tanya Callau.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Brennan and Robin are co-trustees of Alan's living trust.
They filed a petition on Tuesday asking the court to rule on the validity of the living trust.
The dispute centers around Tanya Callau's claim that the living trust and her prenuptual agreement with Alan Thicke are unfair and invalid.
Alan died in December shortly after he suffered a ruptured aorta. He was 69 years old.
