On Sunday, in celebration of Mother's Day, film director Darren Aronofsky released the first look at his upcoming project "Mother!" on Twitter. The director of "Black Swan" tweeted out an image of the film poster, which features an oil painting of lead actress Jennifer Lawrence wearing a white dress and holding out her heart, freshly plucked from a gaping chest cavity, as if offering it to the audience. The poster is by artist James Jean, who's known for creating murals for fashion houses such as Prada and Phillip Lim, and the film is said to be a psychological thriller that following a couple who get some unexpected visitors. The film also stars Javier Bardem, Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Harris, Kristen Wiig, and Domhnall and Brian Gleeson. "Mother!" is scheduled for an October 13th release, just in time for Halloween.
