Ryan Murphy has responded to Fox's 911 call. According to The Hollywood Repoter, the network is near a deal for a straight-to-series drama from Murphy and frequent collaborator Brad Falchuk. American Horror Story's Angela Bassett is set to star in the series. The drama has been in the works for months, is said to be 13 episodes and slated for midseason.
