She met children who had undergone cleft lip and cleft palate surgery. She partnered with the charity organization Smile Train who helped pay for their surgeries. It is clear from her Snapchat posts that Jenner is having a good time with the kids and is having a good time in Peru overall. Fans are happy for her.
