According to a report from the Hollywood Reporter, Johnny Depp was halfway to becoming a billionaire when financial problems arose.
The story indicated that the famed Hollywood star earned more than $650 million during a 13 year period.
Much of that fortune came from his role as Captain Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
But the story also indicated that he managed to spend more than he could afford.
Now Depp is claiming that his business manager failed to properly maintain his records and keep him up to date on his finances.
However, the management group stated his allegations are false.
