Ivanka Trump released a new book this week called Women Who Work: Rewriting the Rules for Success. The book's target audience is women who work in corporate jobs. Ivanka acknowledges that one of the undeniable factors in her successful career was her "family's name" and "privileged upbringing" but says that those things alone didn't guarantee her success. Throughout the book she continuously emphasizes that it's her passion that got her where she is today. That doesn't quite add up when you consider she's suddenly a key player in the White House all entirely due to the fact that her father is the President of the United States. In her book, Ivanka fails to address the actual needs of working women in America such as affordable health care and equal pay for equal work.
