This week Brian Jones was promoted to president of Fox Business Network during a time when the network is exceeding expectations. FBN ended April ahead of its rival, CNBC for the seventh consecutive month. Jones was the network's vice president, but he will now take over responsibilities that belonged to ex-Fox News co-president Bill Shine. Shine resigned from his position on Monday amid sexual harassment allegations. Jones was a member of Shine's staff when he revamped FBN in 2014.
