VIDEO : Drake, Nicki Minaj, Celine Dion To Perform At Billboard Music Awards

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards are not messing around. On Monday, ABC and Dick Clark Productions announced the first round of superstars set to take the stage at this year's show. Bruno Mars, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Lorde, Celine Dion and the Florida make up just some of the first 10 acts of the lineup. Drake and The Chainsmokers are tied for the most nominations, with 22 each. Twenty One Pilots, Rihanna, The Weeknd and Beyoncé follow closely behind with multiple nods of their own.
