In a new court claim filed by his former managers, Johnny Depp needs to have his head examined when it comes to his spending. The former employees of Depp suggest the actor ?may suffer from a compulsive spending disorder. The new papers, which were filed by Joel and Robert Mandel of The Mandel Company, state the pair ?did everything possible to protect Depp from his own irresponsible and profligate spending.
