It's The Joker's birthday today, and Star Wars star Mark Hamill, who has been voicing the character for over 20 years now, got him what every great comedian wants: a little respect. Sharing a fan-made meme image that classified decades' worth of Jokers by their defining characteristics to audiences Hamill thanked the Clown Prince of Crime for helping to employ him and so many other actors. The character of The Joker appeared for the first time 77 years ago today, in Batman #1.
