Larson is an advocate, activist, and staunch feminist.
Now the Oscar winner is preparing to take on the role of Captain Marvel in a solo movie.
It will be Marvel studios first female super hero movie and Larson wants to use the moment as a way to inspire girls around the world.
She said "This movie is everything that?s progressive and important and meaningful, and a symbol I wished I would?ve had growing up."
