Bruce Springsteen surprised crowds and recently took part in a two-hour jam session at the Asbury Park Music and Film Festival in his home state of New Jersey on Friday. The rocker surprised fans by playing alongside longtime E Street Band member Steven Van Zandt and Jersey shore rocker Southside Johnny. According to AP, the concert followed the premiere of a documentary film chronicling the history of the Asbury Park music scene.
