Will Smith is set to take on Robin Williams' iconic role of the Genie in the upcoming live-action remake of Aladdin.The movie is directed by Guy Ritchie and scripted by John August. It is based on the 1992 animation classic, which was a massive box office hit. The animated version of Aladdin was highest grossing movie in 1992, raking in $504m. It also went on to win two Academy Awards.
