In the upcoming May issue of Men's Health, news anchor Matt Lauer penned a healtfelt essay to his mother, Marilyn. Ahead of mother's day, Lauer dedicated a special message to his 87 year old mom. He talked about how she a strong woman, and wrote: "Her strength comes from being tested by life's unpredictability. It comes from soldiering on for her children, even when she might rather have given up." Lauer also described a conversation between his 15 year old son, Jack, and his grandmother, and wrote that he feels very lucky to be his mother's son.
