VIDEO : Jennifer Garner Has Filed For Divorce From Ben Affleck

According to TMZ, Jennifer Garner has officially filed for divorce from Ben Affleck. While the two have been separated since June 2015, a date of separation was not listed on the divorce filings. It looks like they both want joint physical and legal custody of their three children and spousal support amounts have been left to a judge to decide. Since there was no prenup, all earnings acquired during their marriage will most likely be split 50/50, unless they decide on a different arrangement. During their marriage, Affleck made a significant amount more than Garner.
