VIDEO : Sylvester Stallone Files Lawsuit Against Warner Bros.

On Wednesday, actor and director Sylvester Stallone sued Warner Bros. Entertainment claiming fraud and breach of contract. In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Stallone claims that the studio isn?t compensating the 'Rocky' stars' production company Rogue Marble appropriately for profits made from the 1993 film ?Demolition Man." According to the lawsuit, Stallone was supposed to have received 15 percent of defined gross once the picture earned $125 million. The claim adds that 'Demolition Man', which grossed an estimated $58 million when it was released in theaters, has since earned at least $125 million in Defined Gross.
