Actor Jude Law has signed on to play a young Dumbledore in the Warner Bros. sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
The first film's core foursom of Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol and Dan Fogler, will also come back for the sequel
The movie features a script by J.K. Rowling.
The follow-up takes place in Paris and Watford, England.
Law's casting puts him opposite Johnny Depp, who was revealed to be the infamous wizard Gellert Grindelwald in the first film.
