Katy Perry and Ryan Phillipe are having some fun with recent dating rumor. On Sunday, Phillipe posted a Twitter message denying that he and the pop star were an item. A few days later, Perry decided to jokingly respond to Phillippe's tweet. "Can u let me out of this basement pls?" she quipped. Reese Witherspoon's ex-husband responded, "Never." Both Perry and Phillippe are newly single. In November, Phillppe broke up with fiancée Paulina Slagter after nearly five years together, and Perry called it quits with Orlando Bloom in February after just a year of dating.
