James Corden's "Carpool Karaoke" is returning to primetime. The hugely popular Late Late Show segment will be the subject of a second primetime special set to air in May. The hourlong telecast will feature a new "Carpool Karaoke" segment, toddlerography as well as highlight Corden's favorite clips from his CBS late-night show. The 2017 edition also comes as Apple TV, in conjunction with producer CBS TV Studios, prepares to launch a Carpool Karaoke TV series that will feature a revolving group of guest hosts in place of Corden.
