In a funny face-morphing video posted to her Instagram story, the "Chained to the Rhythm" singer teased her stylist's apparent penchant for drastically short locks. Perry credit colorist Justin Anderson for the white-blonde hue, and revealed Annie Lennox and model Agyness Deyn as inspiration for her cut before showing it off again in an Instagram selfie.
