A copyright infringement lawsuit over Ed Sheeran's hit song 'Photograph' has been settled in federal court. A Los Angeles federal judge dismissed the case on Monday which was brought forward by composers Martin Harrington and tom Leonard, who claimed 'Photograph' was nearly identical to their song 'Amazing.' 'Photograph' sold more than 3.5 million copies and topped pop charts worldwide. 'Amazing' was recorded by 2010's X Factor winner Matt Cardle.
