Jay Z fans will now have to look a little harder to find his music. The legendary rapper's 12 studio albums are no longer available on Spotify. Many of his songs are missing from Apple Music as well. A spokeswoman for Spotify confirmed that the artist requested the removal. The move is another shot in the battle for streaming music customers. Jay Z owns Tidal, which is a rival option that is geared towards audiophiles. It is pitched as a service that fairly compensates artists for their talents.
