Snoop Dogg inducted the late Tupac Shakur into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Snoop was a former Death Row label mate and friend of Shakur. He said he attended Friday night's ceremony at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn to ensure the rapper, actor and poet is remembered as a "strong black man that stood for his." Snoop, who's also known as a marijuana enthusiast, said Shakur was also the first to give him weed.
Tupac Shakur died in 1996, and is considered one of the most influential rappers ever.
