Baywatch is set to hit theaters a day earlier than expected, in an effort to catch a larger amount of the Memorial Day weekend audience. The Executives at Paramount are currently dealing with the box office failure of Ghost in the Shell. Paramount's fortunes could be reversed, though, with the release of Baywatch. The big-screen reboot of the popular ?90s TV show stars Dwayne Johnson as Mitch Buchannon, and Zac Efron as the new, young lifeguard on the scene.
