Ricky Martin teams up with Ryan Murphy once more by appearing in his anthology show, American Crime Story. Murphy serves as showrunner for the FX show, which garnered critical acclaim with its first season, The People v. O.J. Simpson. FX has ordered three more seasons, all of which will focus on a different true crime event. The second season will be titled American Crime Story: Katrina, telling the aftermath of the hurricane that devastated New Orleans in 2005. In particular, the season will focus on the actions of the government and State in dealing with the devastation. Season four, which is still some way off, will retell the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton over his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky. Season three is titled American Crime Story: Versace and is the season in which Ricky martin will appear. The season will retell the events leading up to and immediately after the murder of fashion icon, Gianni Versace, on the steps of his Malibu home in 1997.
