Sam Mendes is in talks to direct 'My Favourite Thing Is Monsters'. The 51-year-old director is reportedly in the early stages of discussions to develop the project through his Neal Street banner and will potentially sit in the director's chair for the upcoming adaptation of the critically acclaimed graphic novel of the same name, according to Deadline.com 'My Favourite Thing Is Monsters' was written by Emil Ferris and is set in 1960s Chicago.
