Neil Patrick Harris is feeling the love on a very special occasion. The actor celebrated his 13th anniversary with husband David Burtka on April 1, and took to social media to honor his longtime partner with a romantic look back at their time together. Harris writes on Sunday, "Thirteen years and one day ago, I crossed paths with the guy on the left," captioning an Instagram photo of David laughing alongside the couple's 6-year-old son, Gideon. Neil went on to celebrate his and David's lasting affection for one another, also paying tribute to their expanding family.
