13 is an incredibly lucky number for actor Neil Patrick Harris!
The former 'Doogie Howser' star marked his and David Burtka's 13-year anniversary on Sunday with a lovely Instagram post.
Burtka also jumped for joy on social media. He shared a photo of Harris, cheekily posing against a wall.
According to E! News, the couple have twins, via a surrogate, in October 2010. They late married in Italy in 2014.
