America?s Next Top Model judge, Ashley Graham posted to Instagram recently to show everyone a glimpse into one of Graham's evening exercise routines, specifically a killer upper-body circuit that hit the triceps, biceps, chest, and back. According to Health, the best part is that it only took Graham 2 minutes and 48 seconds to get through each move so you are looking at about a 10- to 12-minute upper body blaster that you can knock out the next time you are in the gym.
